On this episode, Andrei introduces us to his business, BotsAndUs. He introduces us to ‘Bo’. Bo is their customer-facing robot, can help improve a customer’s experience. Whether they be at an airport, a shopping mall or in a store, Bo can help out.
But AI is about iteration. Andrei then the outcomes of listening and responding to his own customers. They developed a new Bot, ‘Mim’, that delivers real-time customer and data insights to a business, providing them with a better understanding of their customers.
