Good Growth - Effective strategy puts customers first, not technology

Effective strategy puts customers first, not technology

Using examples from our client experiences, our co-founder James Hammersley illustrates how strategic thinking, and the processes that enable it, can be used to identify where the biggest barriers to growth exist and how best to overcome them.

We call this customer-first strategy and believe that by defining the customer problem from the customers’ perspective and then resourcing to solve it, e-commerce teams can transform performance and often at the same time, not spend anything like as much on solutions than others who get tempted by a technology-first approach.
